超声波腐蚀在线监测系统前端信号分析

【摘要】 对超声波腐蚀在线监测系统的总体框架和原理进行介绍说明,分别对超声波发射电路和回波信号处理电路进行选型设计分析。在实验室中对不同厚度的钢板进行测厚,实验值与测量值误差均在0.5%以下。现场监测结果表明:系统测厚精度高,现场稳定性强,能够较好地反映管线腐蚀状况及壁厚减薄趋势,为实现重要生产设备的事故预警、保障生产安全将起到重要作用。

【Abstract】 The overall framework and principle of ultrasonic on-line corrosion monitoring system were analyzed and introduced. The ultrasonic transmitting circuit and echo signal processing circuit was selected and designed separately. According to the measurement of the steel plates of different thickness in the laboratory,the error between experimental value and measured value is under 0. 5%. The field monitoring results show that the system thickness measurement has high precision,and the stability of system is strong. It can reflect pipeline corrosion condition and the trend of thinning well. It will play an important role to keep the safety of production and realize the accident warning for the important equipment.
