【Abstract】 The stagnant water in the urban tunnel affects the travel safety of citizens. However, the current remote monitoring system for city tunnel water can not meet the needs of the urban area well, and it is very urgent what establish an accurate, timely and convenient remote monitoring system of urban tunnel water.
