地震检波器谐振子电性能自动检测

【摘要】 磁电式地震检波器谐振子是由线架、线圈和弹簧组成。其线架电性能直接影响地震检波器的阻尼和灵敏度。根据线架电参数差异选配不同参数的磁性材料,是地震检波器生产厂家保证产品参数一致性的必要手段。动圈式地震检波器线架自动分拣系统,根据线架参数测试原理,以ATmega 128单片机为主控芯片,利用线架和电容三点式振荡电路产生信号,进行数据采集,将测试数据实时显示在LCD液晶屏上。根据要求将测试不同的数值分为五挡,采用PLC控制机构将五档线架自动分档入位。可减少人为的误操作,提高了检测精度和生产效率。

【Abstract】 The harmonic oscillator of a magnetic geophone is composed of a wire frame,a coil and a spring.Magnetic materials with different parameters are selected according to the difference of wire frame,which is the necessary means for seismic geophone manufacturers to ensure the consistency of product parameters.An automatic sorting apparatus for the wire frame of moving coil seismic geophone is designed.It is based on the test parameter of wire frame and an ATmega128 microcontroller is used as the main control chip.The wire frame and three point capacitance oscillation circuit is used to produce test signal.The test data is acquisitioned by the control chip and displayed on the LCD screen.According to the actual requirements,the different numerical value of the test data is divided into five blocks.PLC control mechanism makes the five different kind of wire frame automatic step into position.The labor force can be greatly liberated,and the artificial misoperation is reduced,and the detection accuracy and the production efficiency are improved.
