【Abstract】 The World Anti-Doping Agency(WADA)has been established to harmonize the anti-doping rules.This paper analyzed the Justin Gatlin case through literature review and case study so that the difficulties in the harmonization of anti-doping rules could be revealed.These difficulties included no direct application of the World Anti-doping Code,the contradiction of the rules of different organizations and the non-compliance of signatories.Finally,the paper introduced the newest development of the rules of the anti-doping system.更多还原
