从乙烷氧化富集物中分离到的乙醇氧化不动杆菌的生理生化特点

【摘要】 采用floating filter方法从乙烷氧化富集物中分离出杆状菌株Z1,其最适生长温度为37℃,最适p H为6. 0,最适盐浓度为0. 2 mol/L,过氧化氢酶阳性,氧化酶阴性。其全长16S r DNA序列与Acinetobacter pittii CIP 70. 29T完全一致,可判定其为不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter)细菌。此菌株可以壬烷、十三烷为碳源生长,具有甲醇、乙醇氧化活性,却不能利用乙烷。不动杆菌菌株Z1可应用于利用floating filter方法的乙烷氧化菌的分离培养以及污染石油烃的降解。

【Abstract】 A rod-shaped bacterial strain Z1 from ethane oxidation enrichment was isolated through a method of floating filter. The optimum growth temperature of it was 37 ℃,the optimum p H was 6. 0,the optimum salt concentration was0. 2 mol/L,the catalase was positive,and the oxidase was negative. The 16 S r DNA of strain Z1 completely matched with Acinetobacter pittii CIP 70. 29 T. Therefore,strain Z1 can be judged as a bacterium of the genus Acinetobacter.The strain can grow with nonane or tridecane as carbon source,and it can oxidize methanol and ethanol,but not ethane. The Acinetobacter sp. Z1 can be applied using to isolate ethane oxidizing bacteria through floating filter method for degradation of contaminated petroleum hydrocarbons.
