【Abstract】 Cultivation of innovation talents is currently important construction task of " Double First-class". Microbiology experimental course,as the basic course of biology,plays a vital role in cultivation of students’ practical ability,comprehensive quality,innovative consciousness and scientific spirit. In order to reform microbiology experimental teaching system,comprehensive experiment of bacteria isolation and identification was built by optimizing experimental scheme and clarifying the inner link of current experimental projects.
