银川市沙鼠鼠疫自然疫源地鼠疫疫情监测及防控效果研究

【摘要】 目的了解银川市沙鼠鼠疫自然疫源地疫情现状,为针对性防控措施提供参考。方法对银川市沙鼠鼠疫疫源地进行疫情监测,及时开展灭鼠及评估。结果银川市沙鼠鼠疫自然疫源地仍以主要宿主为优势种群,沙鼠平均密度为2. 84只/hm~2,鼠体蚤平均指数为1. 07。2010—2017年间银川市沙鼠动物间鼠疫流行1个年次。期间共剖检鼠类8 628只,鼠体内鼠疫菌阳性检出率为0. 046%,检出鼠疫菌5株。其中鼠体检菌4株,媒介蚤检菌1株;其中在3个年次开展动物鼠疫预警工作,共灭鼠1 585 hm~2,平均杀灭率高达96. 75%。结论开展实时监测、主要宿主密度预警以及灭鼠评估,可减少沙鼠动物间鼠疫流行的频次和风险。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the epidemic situation of gerbils plague natural foci in Yinchuan City,and provide reference for targeted prevention and control measures. Methods The epidemic situation of the gerbil plague in Yinchuan City was monitored,and the rodent control and evaluation were carried out. Results The natural hosts of gerbils were still dominant hosts in Yinchuan. The average density of gerbils was 2. 84 insects per hm~2 and the average flea index of rats was 1. 07. From 2010 to 2017,gerbils plague prevalence took place once in Yinchuan in 2013. A total of 8 628 rats were examined. The positive rate of Yersinia pestis in mice was 0. 046%. There were four strains of Yersinia pestis from mice and one strain from vector fleas. Animal plague early warning work was carried out in three years. The area of rodent control was 1 585 hectares,with an average killing rate of 96. 75%. Conclusion The implement of real-time monitoring,the main host density early warning and rodent control assessment can reduce the frequency and risk of the plague epidemic among the gerbil animals.
