【摘要】 目的研制复配出一种有效灭治白蚁的药剂。方法通过药膜法检测不同氯化铜与茚虫威配比对乳白蚁的毒性。结果氯化铜与茚虫威的复配比例从1∶20到1∶5,120 h时,其共毒系数CTC为0.1~87.6,拮抗作用明显;复配比例1∶1到80∶1,大部分对乳白蚁都有增效作用,其中40∶1与80∶1,在72 h时,其共毒系数CTC分别为515.4和482.9,增效作用明显。结论氯化铜与茚虫威的比值为40∶1和80∶1时对乳白蚁增效作用明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compound a new type of effective pesticide for termite control.Methods Studying on Coptotermes formosanus through the filter paper toxicity test.Results When the ratio of copper chloride to indoxacarb was from 1 ∶ 20 to 1 ∶ 5 at 120 h,the CO toxicity coefficient(CTC) was between 0.1 and 87.6,showing obvious antagonism.Most generated synergism effect to Coptotermes formosanus when the ratio of the copper chloride to indoxacarb was from 5∶ 1 to 80∶ 1.At 72 h,the CTC were respectively 515.4 and 482.9 when the ratios were 40∶ 1 and 80∶ 1 which had obvious synergistic effect.Conclusion It has obvious synergism effect to Coptotermes formosanus when the ratio of copper chloride to indoxacarb from 40∶ 1 to 80∶ 1.更多还原
