云浮市登革热媒介密度与气候因素相关分析

【摘要】 目的了解云浮市登革热媒介伊蚊密度与季节消长及其与气候变化的关系,为防控提供科学依据。方法采用布雷图指数法监测伊蚊幼虫密度,诱蚊诱卵器法监测伊蚊成蚊密度,应用相关关系和回归分析的统计方法分析气候变化与蚊虫密度的关系。结果 2015—2016年3—11月份布雷图指数为2.63~6.38,伊蚊诱蚊诱卵指数为2.34~8.14;布雷图指数(BI)与诱蚊诱卵指数(MOI)存在正线性相关关系(r=0.666 5,t=3.575 8,P<0.01),伊蚊密度与月平均气温呈正线性相关(BI:r=0.648 3,t_r=3.406 1,P<0.01;MOI:r=0.712 5,t_r=4.061 8,P<0.01),伊蚊密度与前1个月降水量呈正线性相关(BI:r=0.615 4,t_r=3.122 8,P<0.01;MOI:r=0.568 2,t_r=2.761 7,P<0.05),伊蚊密度与前1个月日照时间呈正线性相关(BI:r=0.485 9,t_r=2.223 8,P<0.05;MOI:r=0.483 4,t_r=2.208 7,P<0.05),与月平均气压呈负线性相关(BI:r=-0.480 8,t_r=2.193 1,P<0.05;MOI:r=-0.629 4,t_r=3.239 8,P<0.01),与月平均相对湿度(BI:r=-0.135 1,t_r=0.545 2,P>0.05;MOI:r=-0.629 4,t_r=3.239 8,P<0.01)和月平均风速(BI:r=-0.164 8,t_r=0.668 5,P>0.05;MOI:r=0.036 2,t_r=0.144 7,P>0.05)无线性相关关系。结论云浮市登革热媒介伊蚊密度夏秋季较高,与气候因素相关,与月平均气温有正线性相关,与月平均气压有负线性相关,月定时降水量和月日照时间对蚊虫密度有滞后正效性关系。

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the density of dengue fever vector and its seasonal fluctuation,and analyze the correlation between mosquito density and climatic factors so as to provide scientific evidence for monitoring and preventing dengue fever in Yunfu City.Methods Breteau index method and ovitrap methods were employed for mosquitoes density survey,and the relationship between mosquito surveillance data and climate variables from 2015 to2016 were analyzed.Results The mean densities of Aedes breteau index were 2.63-6.38 from March to November in 2015—2016,and the mosquito trapping index were 2.34-8.14.There was a positive correlation between the mean densities of Aedes Breteau index and mosq-ovitrap index(r = 0.666 5,t_r= 3.575 8,P < 0.01),and between the densities of mosquito and the monthly mean temperature(BI: r = 0.648 3,t_r= 3.406 1,P < 0.01; MOI: r = 0.712 5,t_r= 4.061 8,P < 0.01),and pre-one-month precipitation(BI: r = 0.615 4,t_r= 3.122 8,P < 0.01; MOI: r = 0.568 2,t_r= 2.761 7,P < 0.05),and pre-one-month sunshine(BI: r = 0.485 9,t_r= 2.223 8,P < 0.05; MOI: r = 0.483 4,t_r=2.208 7,P < 0.05).while a negative correlation between the densities of mosquito and the monthly mean atmospheric pressure(BI: r =-0.480 8,t_r= 2.193 1,P < 0.05; MOI: r =-0.629 4,t_r= 3.239 8,P < 0.01).There was no linear correlation between the densities of mosquito and the monthly mean relative humidity(BI: r =-0.135 1,t_r= 0.545 2,P >0.05; MOI: r =-0.629 4,t_r= 3.239 8,P < 0.01),and the monthly mean wind speed(BI: r =-0.164 8,t_r= 0.668 5,P> 0.05; MOI: r = 0.036 2,t_r= 0.144 7,P > 0.05).Conclusion The density of Aedes albopictus was at a high level during summer and autumn in Yunfu,and affected by the monthly mean temperature and pre-one-month precipitation,and pre-one-month sunshine and the monthly mean atmospheric pressure.
