探讨体育教学微课制作的设计与实施——以微课《八段锦》和《散打鞭腿教学》为例
On the Design and Implementation of the Micro Course of Physical Education——Case Study of "Baduanjin" and "Sanda Whipping-Kick Teaching"
【摘要】 在传统体育教学中,教师主要利用课堂教学来完成教学任务。有些学生对于课上的重点难点以及技术动作掌握和理解的不够到位,课下学生记忆不够深刻,缺乏进一步自习指导,学生很难达到理想的学习效果。将教学的重点、难点、疑点等精彩片段录制下来,制成一个4-10分钟左右的精彩视频提供给学生,这样方便学生随时随地通过网络下载或点播,也就是近几年兴起的微课。本文以沈阳体育学院体育教学微课两个作品制作实施过程进行剖析,探讨体育教学微课制作的设计及具体实施方案,旨在为体育教学微课制作提供借鉴与参考。
【Abstract】 In traditional physical education, teachers complete the teaching tasks in classroom. Some students are not good at the key points and difficulties in class, as well as the mastery and understanding of technical movements. After class, students’ memory is not deep enough, and lack of further self-study guidance, so it is difficult for students to achieve the ideal learning effect. The key points, difficulties, doubts and other wonderful fragments of teaching are recorded and a wonderful video with about 4-10 minutes was made available to students, which is convenient for students to download or play on demand through the Internet at any time and any place. That is to say, the micro course has emerged in recent years. Based on the analysis of the production and implementation process of two works of micro-course of physical education in Shenyang institute of physical education, this paper discusses the design and specific implementation plan of micro-course making of physical education, aiming to provide reference and reference for the micro-course making of physical education.
