【摘要】 通过分析内蒙古自治区某医院医联体(联盟)的发展现状、运行机制、工作内容及病案管理与共享的特点,发现医联体(联盟)单位在双向转诊病案共享中存在双向转诊病案管理安全隐患、信息化建设投入不足和缺乏卫生信息专业人才等问题。根据医联体(联盟)单位实际发展情况,从高度重视双向转诊病案安全工作、提高参与信息化建设热情和加强培养高素质信息化人才队伍等角度,提出从技术层面、管理层面和使用层面构筑病案管理安全屏障,提高医联体(联盟)单位领导者的认识,培训病案工作人员计算机应用水平,打造专业技术团队等一系列针对性解决措施,旨在为各级医疗机构开展双向转诊提供借鉴依据,使病案数据在双向转诊中真正实现实时共享。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the analysis and summary of development status,operation mechanism,work content and characteristics of medical record management and sharing in medical alliance(union)of a hospital in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,problems were found in alliance(union)units in the two-way referral medical record sharing on security risks management,the insufficient investment of informatization construction and the lack of professional personnel of health information etc.According to the actual development of the medical alliance(union),from the attention of the two-way referral medical safety work,improving the participation enthusiasm and strengthening the informatization construction of cultivating high-quality information talents perspective etc,a series of targeted solutions were put forward,including building security barrier of medical record management from technical level,management level and use level,improvement of the medical alliance leaders’ understanding,training medical staff skills computer to create a professional technical team.It aimed to provide references for all levels of medical institutions to carry out two-way referral medical records sharing work,so that medical records can be shared in real time in the two-way referral of medical alliance.更多还原
