【摘要】 目的构建冠心病监护病房多参数监护仪临床警报管理模式。方法成立品管圈小组,运用课题研究型品管圈手法开展活动。结果构建了冠心病监护病房多参数监护仪临床警报管理模式,使多参数监护仪虚假警报发生频次由53次/天降低为39次/天,干扰警报发生频次由40次/天降低为18次/天,心电监测参数设置合格率由49.6%提升为82.1%,心律失常参数设置合格率由50%提升为83%,护士警报应答率由64.3%提升为92%。结论多参数监护仪临床警报管理模式的构建,提高了医务人员警报安全意识,更好地保障了患者安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a clinical alarm management mode for multi-parameter monitors in coronary heart disease intensive care unit. Methods A quality control circle group was established and the project was used to achieve the product management method. Results The clinical alarm management mode of multi-parameter monitor in coronary heart disease intensive care unit was constructed,which reduced the frequency of false alarms from multiparameter monitors from 53 times/day to 39 times/day,and the frequency of interference alarms decreased from 40 times/day to 18 times/day,the pass rate of ECG monitoring parameters was increased from 49.6%to 82.1%,the pass rate of arrhythmia parameter setting was increased from 50%to 83%,and the nurse alert response rate was increased from 64.3%to 92%. Conclusion The construction of the multi-parameter monitor clinical alarm management mode had improved the awareness of medical staff alarms,ensured patient safety.更多还原
