【摘要】 建立血液安全事件报告制度对确保血液质量与安全具有重要意义。分析了法国、英国、加拿大以及欧盟血液预警报告系统的优点,总结了其成功经验。同时,分析了我国血液安全事件报告制度存在的问题,并结合河北省现状,从建立背景、报告制度、报告要求、过程监管等方面,构建了河北省血液安全事件报告制度,促进了报告主体责任的落实,对血液质量与安全持续改进大有裨益。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is of great significance to establish a blood safety incident reporting system to ensure blood quality and safety.The advantages of the blood early warning reporting system in France,the United Kingdom,Canada and the European Union were analyzed,so the successful experience is summarized.On this basis,based on the existing problems of China’s blood safety incident reporting system and the current situation in Hebei province,the report system of blood safety incidents in Hebei province was established from the aspects of setting up background,reporting system,reporting requirements,process supervision,etc,which promoted the implementation of the main responsibility of the report and greatly benefited the continuous improvement of blood quality and safety.更多还原
