【Abstract】 The PDCA cycle and multidisciplinary collaboration was used to analyze the problems of unplanned extubation.In view of the main reasons,10 categories of pipeline maintenance guides were established based on evidence,modified fixed method and material was innovated,staff training was strengthened,the risk assessment management was strengthened.The incidence rate of unplanned extubation decreased from 0.109%to 0.021%,which increased the quality management ability of medical staff.更多还原
