【摘要】 通过PDCA循环改善了平均住院日较长的问题。分析了平均住院日不达标的原因,利用数据分析找出要因,从添置辅助检查设备、成立日间手术中心、招聘人才、托管下级医院、设立奖项、扩建手术室等方面进行整改。使平均住院日从2012年的9.88天缩短为2016年的8.45天,医院运行效率提高,医疗成本得到有效控制,社会效益显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 The PDCA cycle was introduced to improve the average length of hospital stay.The reasons of substandard average length of stay were analyzed,data analysis was carried out to find out essential factors,and reform was carried out from the aspects of auxiliary examination equipment,ambulatory surgery center,talents recruitment,subordinate hospitals trusteeship,setting up awards,expansion of the operating room.The average hospital stay was shortened from 9.88 days in 2012 to 8.45 days in 2016.The efficiency of hospital operation was improved,the medical cost was effectively controlled,and the social benefits appeared.更多还原
