【摘要】 自行研制闭环输血信息管理平台,开展从输血前评估、输血申请审核、血样采集、血样接收、血型鉴定配血、发血到临床输血、输血后疗效评价、输血不良反应上报、血袋销毁等全流程的环节质量管理工作。平台使用后,实现了多方位实时质量监管和反馈,使临床用血量减少,出院患者和手术患者输血比例明显下降,较好地提高了临床输血质量管理效能,提升了临床用血合理性和安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 A closed-loop blood transfusion information management platform was developed to carry out full processes quality management,including the pre-transfusion assessment,blood transfusion application inspection,blood sample collection,blood sample reception,blood type identification matching,blood distribution and clinical transfusion,post-transfusion evaluation,adverse events report,and blood bag destruction.After using the platform,realtime quality supervision and feedback was realized in various aspects.Furthermore,the clinical blood consumption was reduced,and the proportion of blood transfused decreased significantly among discharged patients and surgical patients,which greatly improved the clinical quality of transfusion management,and enhanced the safety of clinical blood rationality and transfusion.更多还原
