【摘要】 分析京津冀三地采供血机构管理现状,找出问题和差距,明确三地一体化发展的思路、对策和措施。从培训、内审、管理评审3方面,结合前期开展工作成效,总结经验和不足,提出下一步工作思路:开展联合内审,建立实验室质量监控指标比对机制,联合制定采供血工作指南,提升科研创新软实力,加快信息化建设,在政府层面建立无偿献血长效机制等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current situation of the management of blood supply agencies in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was analyzed to find out the problems and gaps,and make clear the thoughts,countermeasures and measures of the integrated development.From three aspects of training,internal audit and management review,combined with previous work effect,the experience and the insufficiency was summed up,the next step of work was proposed,including joint internal audit,establishment of laboratory quality monitoring indicators comparison mechanism,development of jointly blood collection and supply work guideline,promotion of scientific research and innovation capability,speeding up the informatization construction,establishment of a long-term mechanism on publicity of volunteer blood donation at the national level,etc.更多还原
