【摘要】 随着现代医院的高速跨越式发展,医院后勤管理模式与服务体系需要不断进行调整和创新。通过成立专门的后勤质量控制部门,大力推行后勤标准化服务,实施岗位责任制改革,常态化开展品管圈活动,积极推进后勤信息化平台建设等一系列举措,有效提升了后勤服务效率与质量,降低了人力和能耗成本,并培养了一批一专多能的复合型人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the rapid development of modern hospital,the management mode and service system of hospital logistics need to adjust and innovate continuously.Through a series of measures,such as establishing a specialized logistics quality control department,promoting the standardization of logistics services,implementing position responsibility system reform,carrying out normalization quality control circle activities,and promoting the construction of logistics information platform,the efficiency and quality of logistics services was effectively improved.Furthermore,labor cost and energy consumption were reduced,and many multi-skill compound talents were cultivated.更多还原
