【摘要】 为了解决医院信息系统分散、传输协议不一致等问题,选取HL7 RIM和openEHR两种国外主流的医疗信息模型,以文献梳理的结果为依据,基于目的、模型架构、约束机制、术语绑定、定义语言和解析过程、落地应用6个维度,定性分析比较了HL7 RIM和openEHR模型的特点。结合我国的卫生信息共享标准研究,从构建适合我国实际的卫生信息模型,提高共享文档可重用性,推进基于我国医疗业务场景的中文医学术语系统,促进卫生信息共享标准协同等4个方面,提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems of decentralized hospital information system and inconsistent transmission protocols, two foreign mainstream medical information model, HL7 RIM and openEHR, are selected based on the results of literature review. Qualitative analysis and comparison are conducted from dimensions of purpose, model architecture, constraint mechanism, term binding, defining language and parsing process, and practical application. Combined with the study of China’s health information sharing standards, this paper puts forward suggestions from four aspects, building a health information model that suitable for China’s actual need, improving the reusability of shared documents, advancing the Chinese medical terminology system based on China’s medical business scenarios, and promoting collaboration of health information sharing standards.更多还原
