【摘要】 目前公立医院投资建设方式一直饱受争议,随着新医改推进,通过社会资该参与公立医院改造,来逐步形成多元化办医格局,被越来越多的人认可。混合所有制是公立医院改革的一条有效途径,也是控制公立医院数量和规模的重要方式。本研究旨在探索公私合营的股份制医院的发展道路,以镇江康复眼科医院为例,通过实地调研和案例分析相结合、查找文献、比较研究等方法分析、建设与归纳,分析国内外发展趋势,总结公私合营医院的自身特点与发展优势,归纳运营中的成果与问题,总结医疗卫生新型试点产业的发展前景,为后续镇江医改的不断推进奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, the investment and construction methods of public hospitals have been controversial. With the advancement of new medical reforms, social capital participation in the transformation of public hospitals has gradually formed a diversified medical treatment pattern, which has been recognized by more and more people. Mixed ownership is an effective way to reform public hospitals and an important way to control the number and size of public hospitals. This study aims to explore the development path of joint-stock hospitals in public-private partnerships, taking Zhenjiang Rehabilitation Eye Hospital as an example. Through field research and case analysis, literature review, comparative research and other methods of analysis, construction and induction, the domestic and international development trends were analyzed and summarized.The characteristics and development advantages of public-private partnership hospitals were conclused, summarizing the achievements and problems in the operation, summarizing the development prospects of the new medical and health pilot industry, and laying the foundation for the follow-up of Zhenjiang medical reform.更多还原
