【摘要】 目的分析和探究护士分层级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的作用。方法有针对性地选择在该院进行护理工作的基础护理人员100例作为该次研究的研究对象,按照随机的方法针对所涉及护理人员进行分组,分为对照组和观察组两个组别,其中针对对照组人员所实行的是常规的管理模式,而针对观察组护理人员采取的是分层级的管理模式,针对实际效果进行的分析和比较。结果从护理质量评分情况来看,观察组的护理人员变化情况要比对照组护理人员有十分明显的提升,观察组护理人员所护理的患者的护理满意程度要比对照组有十分明显的提升,观察组中患者的护理满意率为96%,而对照组中患者的护理满意率只有73%,以上内容两者之间的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在具体的临床实践中,针对基础护理人员进行及时有效的分层级模式管理,所呈现出的效果十分显著,护理人员的护理质量评分显著提升,患者的护理满意程度有极大的提高,从根本上有效降低护理人员和患者之间的纠纷,使医院的信誉和口碑有极大的增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and explore the role of nurses’ hierarchical management mode in improving the quality of nursing management. Methods The basic 100 case nursing staff who were in the nursing work in our hospital were selected as the research object of this study. which were grouped according to the random method into the control group and the observation group, in which the control group performed a normal management mode, and the observation group nursing staff adopted a hierarchical management mode, which was presented to the nursing staff of the two groups. The actual results were analyzed and compared accordingly. Results From the nursing quality score, the changes of the nursing staff in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the nursing staff of the control group, and the nursing staff of the observation group were cared for. The patient’s satisfaction level was significantly higher than that of the control group. The nursing satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was 96%, while the nursing satisfaction rate of the patients in the control group was only 73%, with corresponding statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion In the specific clinical practice, the timely and effective stratified mode management for the basic nursing staff, the effect is very significant,the nursing staff’s nursing quality score is significantly improved, and the patient’s nursing satisfaction is greatly improved.
