【摘要】 输血是临床开展急诊抢救与疾病治疗处置过程中需要应用和经历的重要环节,切实针对发生严重失血问题的患者开展充足有效的输血干预支持工作对确保危重疾病患者获得及时有效的抢救干预及改善生存质量具有重要意义。做好各类型血液制品在采集获取和传递使用过程中的质量管理工作是临床血站工作者亟待解决的重点问题,有助于避免血液制品污染事件发生,规避输血不安全事件的蔓延。值得注意的是,从大量研究资料及血战实际工作情况来看,仍存在部分较为突出的质量管理问题,成为影响血液安全与制约质量控制水平进一步提高的主要因素。该文就血站血液实验室质量管理中存在的问题进行详细分析并提出质量管理措施以期为日后更好地加强质量控制,确保用血安全性提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Transfusion is an important mitigation of clinical application and experience in the process of emergency rescue and disease treatment. It is necessary to carry out adequate and effective blood transfusion intervention support for patients with severe blood loss to ensure timely and effective rescue intervention for patients with critical illness and to improve the quality of life. Doing a good job in the quality management of various types of blood products in the process of collection,acquisition and transmission is a key issue that needs to be solved by clinical blood station workers. It helps to avoid blood product pollution incidents and avoid the spread of blood transfusion unsafe events. It is worth noting that from the large amount of research data and the actual work situation of bloody battles, there are still some outstanding quality management problems, which have become the main factors affecting blood safety and restricting the quality control level. In this paper,the problems existing in the quality management of blood station blood laboratory are analyzed in detail and quality management measures are proposed to better strengthen the quality control in the future and ensure the reference of blood safety.更多还原
