【摘要】 目前高校模式仍是医护专业人才培养的重要组成部分,为了使护理人员获得较高的综合素质、实践能力,高校为护理专业设置相关实验室,以确保高校能为相关专业人才培养实践能力提供条件。实验室管理是确保实验室能正常使用的必要手段,但受多种因素影响高校护理实验室管理存在问题,使实验室正常使用受到影响,这不仅不利于高校医护人才的培养,同时还会造成高校教学资源地浪费,因此如何有效、合理对实验室进行管理得到高校相关领导的关注。该文通过对目前实验室管理现状进行分析,找出其中存在的问题,从而提出相应解决策略,旨在为提高护理实验室使用效率提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently, the college model is still an important component of medical professional training, in order to let the nursing staff obtain higher comprehensive quality and practice ability, the college sets the related laboratory for the nursing major, to ensure to provide conditions for the related professional training practice abilities. The laboratory management is an inevitable means to ensure the normal usage of laboratory, but there are many issues in the college nursing laboratory affected by multiple factors, thus affecting the normal usage of laboratory, which is not conductive to the training of college medical talents, but also waste the college teaching resources, therefore, how to effectively and rationally manage the laboratory wins the attention of the college related leaders. The paper analyzes the current laboratory management status and find out the existing issues thus putting forwards the corresponding solutions in order to provide basis for improving the usage efficacy of the nursing laboratory.更多还原
