【摘要】 目的对导致肿瘤化疗患者在院内发生感染的危险因素进行调查分析,并针对这些因素制定相应的应对措施。方法从2016年2月—2017年2月该院收治的在住院期间发生感染的肿瘤患者中随机抽取80例患者,并对这80例患者的治疗和住院过程进行回顾性分析。结果最容易发生感染的肿瘤化疗患者类型为肺癌患者,占肿瘤感染患者总数的31.25%。最容易出现感染的部位为呼吸道,占肿瘤感染患者总数的37.50%。患者年龄超过60岁的更容易发生感染,占肿瘤感染患者总数的68.75%。结论影响肿瘤化疗患者出现医院感染的危险因素主要有患者肿瘤类型、患者年龄以及住院时间等因素,应对易感染肿瘤类型的患者给予更多关注,提高医护人员预防感染的意识,加强操作规范,有效降低肿瘤化疗患者医院感染率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the infectious risk factors of patients with tumor chemotherapy and make the corresponding coping and measures according to these factors. Methods 80 cases of patients with tumors during the hospitalization admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected, and the treatment and hospitalization course of these 80 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results The patients with lung cancer were most susceptible to infection, accounting for 31.25% in total, and the most infection site was the respiration tract, accounting for 37.50%,and the patients aged more than 60 years old were most susceptible to infection, accounting for 68.75%. Conclusion The major influencing factors of hospital infection of patients with tumor chemotherapy mainly include the tumor type, age of patients and length of stay,we should pay more attention to the patients who are susceptible to tumor,improve the awareness of preventing infection of medical staff, enhancing the standardized operation of medical staff and effectively reduce the hospital infection rate of tumor chemotherapy patients.更多还原
