【Abstract】 Nowadays, the contradictions between doctors and patients and medical disputes are in a high trend. Medical accidents of malignant injury occur regularly. The tension between doctors and patients has become one of the major factors of social instability. Establishing a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients is an important part of building socialist spiritual civilization with Chinese characteristics.
