【摘要】 目的通过对远程医疗服务职工医疗保险疾病负担分析,为管理者做出决策提供科学依据。方法利用描述性方法分析基层患者到中心医院、从中心医院到省内大医院和到省外就医经济负担。结果高血压患者的直接费用省内医院比基层高8 266.31元、省外医院比省内高1 911.77元。远程医疗范围服务的实施,节约患者的间接费用。结论在总成本投入不变的前提下,由于远程医疗服务的实施,进而降低了患者到北京等地的间接费用,一定程度上降低了患者的疾病负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the disease burden of employee medical insurance based on the implementation of telemedicine thus providing scientific basis for making decisions of managers. Methods The descriptive methods were used to analyze the medical economic burdens of the patients from grass-root patients to the central hospital and from central hospital to big hospitals in and out of the hospitals. Results The direct cost of hypertension patients in the provincial hospitals was 8 266.31 yuan higher than the primary hospitals, and the cost in the hospitals outside the province was 1 911.77 yuan higher than the hospitals in the province, and the implementation of telemedicine range could save the indirect cost of patients. Conclusion Under the condition of constant total cost, the implementation of telemedicine service can reduce the indirect expense to Beijing, thus reducing the disease burdens to a certain degree.更多还原
