【摘要】 目的探讨研究医院在一次性医用耗材管理中品管圈活动的现状,结合实例找出存在的相关问题,并进行相应对策分析。方法选取该院介入放射科工作人员组成品管圈小组,并确定一次性医用耗材种类,对医院一次性医用耗材浪费现象进行分析,提出相应对策,制定改进目标,开展完美的品管圈活动,并比较开展品管圈活动前后管理效果。结果进行了品管圈活动后,一次性医用耗材开包未使用数量和一次性医用耗材使用总量上均有所减少,并且医护人员在品管圈活动后满意度也有所提高。结论在医院的一次性医用耗材管理中开展品管圈活动能有效减少其损耗,并可以提高医护人员的满意度,值得在临床上进行推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper tries to investigate and study the current status of quality control circle activities in the management of disposable medical consumables in hospitals, and to find relevant problems with examples, and to analyze corresponding countermeasures. Methods The staff of the Intervention Radiology of the hospital were selected to form a quality control circle group, and the types of disposable medical consumables were determine. Analyze the waste of medical disposable medical consumables in the hospital, propose corresponding countermeasures, formulate improvement goals, and develop perfect quality control circle activities. Compare the management effects before and after the QC cycle. Results After the QC activity was carried out, the number of unopened medical disposables and the total amount of disposable medical consumables decreased, and the satisfaction of medical personnel after quality control activities also increased. Conclusion The management of quality control loops in the management of disposable medical consumables in hospitals can effectively reduce their fearless loss, and can improve the satisfaction of medical staff.
