【摘要】 将临床路径和其它带教方式相融合,可明显增强护生实际操作能力。胸外科临床带教时,要做好护生入科必要准备,全部带教教师都必须具有相应的带教资格。临床带教总体进度安排是依据带教大纲要求来确定带教的主要内容,并针对胸外科实际状况制订临床路径带教表,且认真按该表的具体要求对全体护生实施带教。该院胸外科临床路径带教表设计为4周,第1周熟悉患者和患者出、入院的具体流程,第2周指导护生了解主要疾病的有效护理对策、以及备皮范围,第3周在带教教师的监督下,让护生独立做相关护理操作,第4周进行理论和实操考评。临床路径带教评估指标设计包括护理带教效果评估、带教护生满意度评估。胸外科临床路径护理带教的主要优势是可以加强护理带教的目标性,有利于改善临床带教的效果,并能够密切师生交流,增强护生对带教的兴趣。更多还原
