【摘要】 目的分析2014—2016年克拉玛依市某医院远程医疗服务实施效果,为决策者制定相关政策提供依据。方法利用德尔菲法从远程医疗服务的条件、过程、结果、影响4个方面确定综合评估指标体系,收集克拉玛依市某医院2014—2016年的评估指标数据,利用TOPSIS法进行远程医疗服务实施效果的综合评估。结果 2016年远程医疗综合评估结果最优,2014年次之,2015年最差。结论根据各评价指标的最优方案进行改进,以期使未来远程医疗实施效果更优。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the implementation effect of distance medical services in some hospital in Karamay in Xinjiang from 2014 to 2016 and provide basis for making the policy. Methods The comprehensive evaluation index system was determined from the condition, course, results and effect of distance medical service by the Delphi method, and the data of evaluation indicators from 2014 to 2016 in some hospital in Karamay were collected. Results The comprehensive evaluation results of distance medicine in 2016 were the best, second in 2014, worst in 2015. Conclusion We should conduct the improvement according to the best plan of evaluation index, to make the future distance medicine effect better.更多还原
