【摘要】 目的探究护理质量管理督导在护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法以2015年4月—2016年4月期间该院未实施护理质量管理督导时期作为A组,2016年5月—2017年4月期间实施护理质量管理督导作为B组,分析两个时间段该院护理质量管理情况以及服务的满意程度。结果实施护理质量管理督导时期后,该院各项护理服务的满意度均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论实施护理质量管理督导可有效提高护理质量,具有较为重大的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application effect of nursing quality management supervision in the nursing quality management. Methods The group A did not implement the nursing quality management supervision period from April 2015 to April 2016, while the group B adopted the nursing quality management supervision from May 2016 to April 2017, and the nursing quality management status and service satisfactory degree of the two time periods were analyzed. Results After the implementation, the satisfactory degree of various nursing services in our hospital was higher than that before implementation(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nursing quality management supervision can effectively improve the nursing quality, which is of great clinical significance.更多还原
