【摘要】 目的探讨并分析新生儿医院感染各部位发生情况及其分布的情况。方法检索2013年1月—2018年1月在Pub Med、CNKI、CBM、VIP及WanFang data平台上发表的关于中国大陆地区发生新生儿医院感染的相关文献及资料。结果共计162篇文献符合要求,总结结果显示:下呼吸道是新生儿感染率最高也是总分布率最高的感染部位。分级分析:下呼吸道感染是综合性医院、三级及二级医院感染率最高的部位;胃肠道感染是专科医院感染率最高的部位。结论下呼吸道是新生儿医院感染部位中感染率最高的部位,各级医院应该根据自身的实际情况制定个性化的应对措施,以有效降低新生儿医院感染的发生率。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the occurrence and distribution of nosocomial infection in neonates.Methods Retrieval of relevant literature and data published on Pub Med,CNKI,CBM,VIP and WanFang data platforms from January 2013 to January 2018 on neonatal nosocomial infections in mainland China.Results A total of 162 articles met the requirements.The results showed that the lower respiratory tract was the highest infection site of neonatal infection rate and the highest overall distribution rate.Grade analysis showed that lower respiratory tract infection was the highest in general hospitals,and gastrointestinal tract infection was the highest in tertiary and secondary hospitals.Conclusion Lower respiratory tract is the highest infection rate in neonatal nosocomial infection.Hospitals at all levels should formulate individualized countermeasures according to their own actual conditions in order to effectively reduce the incidence of neonatal nosocomial infection.
