【摘要】 目的研究联合护理干预对于羊水胎粪污染新生儿洗胃后康复的价值。方法在2014年1月—2016年12月在我院就诊出现羊水胎粪污染的新生儿中选出86例,均接受洗胃治疗,根据护理方法不同分组,对照组新生儿给予常规护理干预,观察组新生儿给予联合护理干预,对比两组新生儿的洗胃相关并发症发生率、行为神经评分NBNA等。结果观察组新生儿的洗胃相关并发症发生率低于对照组,且家属对护理服务的满意度比对照组高,P <0.05;观察组新生儿出生14 d时的NBNA行为神经评分明显高于对照组新生儿,P <0.01。结论联合护理干预应用到采用洗胃治疗的羊水胎粪污染儿中效果确切,有助于减少并发症发生,促进新生儿行为神经的发育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of combined nursing intervention for the recovery of neonatal meconium stained amniotic after gastric lavage. Methods Eighty-six cases of meconium stained amniotic fluid were selected from January 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital. They were all undergoing gastric lavage and grouped according to different nursing methods. The newborns in the control group were given routine nursing interventions. The newborns in the observation group were given combined nursing interventions to compare the incidence of gastric lavage related complications and behavioral neurological scores(NBNA) between the two groups of neonates. Results The incidence of gastric lavage related complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the degree of satisfaction of the family members in nursing service was higher than that in the control group, P < 0.05. The NBNA behavioral neurological score was significantly higher in the observation group at the 14 th day of birth. For newborns in the control group, P < 0.01. Conclusion The combined nursing intervention is effective in the use of amniotic meconium stained children for gastric lavage, which is helpful to reduce complications and promote the development of neonatal behavioral nerves.更多还原
