【摘要】 目的探讨行消化内镜前用注水泵对消化道进行冲洗是否会提高消化道早癌等微小病变的检出率。方法收集所有于宁夏回族自治区中卫市医院消化内科2015年10—2017年12月行消化内镜检查的12 109例患者的病例,并根据检查方法的不同设制对照组及实验组,其中行注水泵消化内镜检查的为实验组,普通消化内镜为对照组。实验组共收集病例5 078例,对照组共收集病例7 031例,比较两组患者胃肠道早癌等微小病变的检出率差异是否有统计学意义。结果行注水泵消化内镜法对消化道早癌等微小病变检出率(275例/5 078例)为5.4%,普通胃镜组检出率(35例/7 031例)为0.25%(χ2=285.9,P<0.001)。结论行注水泵消化内镜检查对消化道早癌等微小病变检出率高于普通胃镜,提示注水泵消化内镜可能提高消化道早癌等微小病变的检出率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate whether the irrigating of alimentary canal with water injection pump before digestive endoscopy can improve the detection rate of minor lesions such as early gastric cancer. MethodsAll the 12 109 cases of digestive endoscopy in the digestive department of Zhongwei People’s Hospital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from October 2015 to December 2017 were collected and the control group and the experimental group were set up according to the different examination methods. The experimental group was treated with the digestive endoscopy of water injection pump, and the control group was treated with common digestive endoscopy. A total of 5 078 cases were collected in the experimental group, and 7 031 cases were collected in the control group. There were statistically significant differences in the detection rates of small lesions such as early gastrointestinal cancer in the two groups. Results The detection rate of minor lesions such as early cancer of digestive tract was 5.4%(275 cases/5 078 cases), and the detection rate of common gastroscope was 0.25%(35 cases/7 031 cases)(χ2=285.9, P < 0.001). Conclusion The detection rate of digestive endoscopy of water injection pump for early cancer of digestive tract is higher than that of ordinary gastroscopy. It suggests that the digestive endoscopy of water injection pump may improve the detection rate of minor lesions, such as early cancer of digestive tract.更多还原
