【摘要】 目的探讨超声心动图在房间隔缺损封堵术后患者右心室形态与功能变化中的应用效果。方法选取我院接诊的房间隔缺损封堵术后患者55例,运用超声心动图对其术前、术后3 d、术后3个月右心室形态与功能进行观察。结果 55例患者房间隔缺损封堵术后3 d、术后3个月与术前比较,舒张末期右心室前后径、舒张末期右心室前横径、舒张末期右心室前长径、右心房左右径、右心房上下径、肺动脉压力、右室射血分数、右室舒张末容积指数、右室收缩末容积均表现明显下降,左射血分数表现为明显升高(P<0.05);术后3个月与术后3 d比较,除左射血分数升高,其余指标均下降(P<0.05)。结论房间隔缺损封堵术后采用超声心动图可较好的观察到患者的右心室形态和功能变化,为术后评价提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of echocardiography in the changes of right ventricular morphology and function after transcatheter closure of atrial septal defect(ASD). Methods 55 cases of atrial septal defect were selected in our hospital. Echocardiography was used to observe the shape and function of right ventricle before and after operation, 3 d after operation and 3 months after operation. Results 55 cases of atrial septal defect after 3 d and 3 months after operation were compared with the end diastolic right ventricle diameter, anterior diastolic right ventricle anterior transverse diameter, end diastolic right ventricle diameter, right atrium left and right diameter, right atrium upper and lower diameter, pulmonary artery pressure, right ventricular ejection fraction, right ventricular end volume index, right ventricle. The volume of the end systolic volume decreased significantly, the left ejection fraction showed a significant increase(P < 0.05), and 3 months after the operation compared with the postoperative 3 d, the index decreased(P < 0.05) except for the increase of the left ejection fraction. ConclusionEchocardiography can better observe the changes of the morphology and function of the right ventricle after transcatheter closure of atrial septal defect, and provide a reference for postoperative evaluation.更多还原
