青光眼并白内障行超声乳化晶状体植入房角分离术观察

【摘要】 目的探讨原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障行超声乳化人工晶状体植入联合房角分离术的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年1月—2017年1月收治的110例原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者为研究对象,观察组55例患者给予房角分离术治疗,对照组55例患者给予小梁切除术治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后平均矫正视力、平均眼压、中央前房深度以及并发症发生率。结果治疗后两组患者视力水平对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1 d、7 d两组患者平均眼压对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者中央前房深度对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者并发症发生率对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化人工晶状体植入联合房角分离术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的效果显著,可提高视力水平,降低眼压,增加前房深度,降低并发症发生率。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with angle separation for primary angle closure glaucoma with cataract. Methods 110 cases of primary angle closure glaucoma combined with cataract were selected in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017. 55 patients in the observation group were treated with angle separation, and 55 patients in the control group were treated with trabeculectomy, and the average corrected visual acuity, mean intraocular pressure(IOP), the depth of the central anteriorchamber and the incidence of complications before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the difference of visual acuity between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After treatment, the average intraocular pressure of the two groups of 1 d and 7 d had significant difference(P < 0.05). After treatment, the difference of central anterior chamber depth between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The incidence of complications between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with angle separation in the treatment of angle closure glaucoma with cataract is significant. It can improve the visual acuity, reduce the intraocular pressure, increase the depth of anterior chamber and reduce the incidence of complications.
