【摘要】 目的探究前列腺增生应用经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除与前列腺汽化电切治疗的效果。方法纳入2014年12月—2017年12月246例前列腺增生患者根据数字表分组。对照组采用前列腺汽化电切术治疗;观察组开展经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术治疗。比较两组患者前列腺增生康复效果;手术相关指标;尿道狭窄、出血等的出现率,并比较治疗前后生活质量。结果观察组患者前列腺增生康复效果比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组手术相关指标比对照组短(P<0.05);观察组尿道狭窄、出血等的出现率比对照组低(P<0.05)。手术前生活质量相似(P>0.05),手术后观察组生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术治疗前列腺增生临床效果确切,手术进程快,操作简单,并发症少,可更好改善患者生活质量,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of prostatic hyperplasia transurethral holmium laser enucleation and transurethral vaporization therapy.Methods From December 2014 to December 2017,246 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were grouped according to the digital table.The control group was treated with transurethral resection of the prostate; The observation group was treated with transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate.The results were compared between the two groups of patients with prostatic hyperplasia,surgical related indexes,the incidence of urethral stricture and bleeding,and the quality of life before and after treatment.Results The rehabilitation effect of prostate hyperplasia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05); The operative related indicators in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05); The occurrence rate of urethral stricture and bleeding in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life was similar before the operation(P>0.05).After operation,the quality of life in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia is effective,the operation process is fast,simple operation,less complications,can better improve the quality of life of patients,it is worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
