【摘要】 目的分析炔雌醇环丙孕酮片对痤疮的疗效,以及应用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗痤疮的安全性与有效性。方法选择我院2013年3月—2015年12月痤疮患者50例,治疗前均做过全面体格检查、妇科检查及肝肾功能、甲状腺功能检查,均为正常者。采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗痤疮,现将治疗结果和不良反应报告如下。从月经第5天开始,每晚口服1片炔雌醇环丙孕酮片(含醋酸环丙孕酮2 mg,炔雌醇0.035 mg),连服21天,停药7天,为一个周期。于下次月经周期第5天继续口服21天,共9个月经周期。结果总有效率为93%。不良反应有月经淋漓不净、乳房胀痛、恶心、头晕等,多数病例能耐受,并随用药周期的延长而减轻或消失。结论炔雌醇环丙孕酮片可有效治疗痤疮,治疗比较安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the efficacy of ciprofrenone acetylene in acne and the safety and efficacy of ciprofrenone acetylene in acne. Methods 50 cases of acne patients in our hospital from March 2013 to December 2015 were selected. All of them had undergone comprehensive physical examination, gynecological examination, liver and kidney function and thyroid function before treatment. Acne was treated with cyprogestone acetylstilbestrol tablets. The results and adverse reactions are reported below. From day 5 of menstruum, take 1 dose of ciprofen each night(containing ciprofen acetate 2 mg, diethylstilbestrol 0.035 mg), take 21 days in a row, stop 7 days, a cycle. Continue oral administration for 21 days on day 5 of the next menstrual cycle for 9 months. Results The total efficiency was 93%. The adverse reaction has menstrual drizzle is not clean, the breast bilges painful, nauseous, dizziness and so on, most cases can endure, and with the medicine period prolongs and reduces or disappears.
