【摘要】 目的探讨CAS-KIT在上颌窦内提升术同期牙种植中的临床应用效果。方法选取2015年1月—2017年2月在我院行上颌窦内提升同期种植体植入术患者50例,总共植入103颗种植体,根据缺牙区剩余牙槽骨高度(RBH)进行分组,A组(RBH≤4 mm)和B组(RBH>4 mm)分别有患者19例和31例,观察两组种植体成功率、RBH变化、种植体及周围组织健康情况。结果 A组和B组种植体成功率分别为97.44%和100.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组和B组术后1年RBH分别为(9.41±0.34)mm和(9.50±0.52)mm,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组和B组术后1年菌斑指数、牙龈指数、探诊出血指数和牙周探诊深度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CAS-KIT在上颌窦内提升术同期牙种植中有较好的临床应用效果,在RBH≤4 mm情况下其临床效果同样良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate of the clinical effect of CASCAS-KIT in maxillary sinus lifting for simultaneous dental implantation.Methods From January 2015 to February 2017, 50 patients were underwent maxillary sinus lifting for simultaneous dental implantation in our hospital, 103 implants were implanted, according toresidual alveolar bone height in the odontic area(RBH) group,A group(RBH ≤ 4 mm) and B group(RBH > 4 mm) had 19 cases and 31 cases,the success rate of implants, the changes of RBH, the health of the implants and surrounding tissues of two groups were observed. Results The successful rate of implants in A group and B group were 97.44% and 100.00%, and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05); In group A and group B, RBH at 1 years after operation were(9.41±0.34) mm and(9.50±0.52) mm, and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05); There were no significant difference in plaque index, gingival index, detective bleeding index and periodontal detection depth at 1 years after operation between A group and B group(P > 0.05). Conclusion CASKIT has a good clinical effect in the maxillary sinus lifting for the simultaneous dental implantation, in the situation of RBH ≤ 4 mm,the clinical effect is also good.更多还原
