【Abstract】 GB 4789.15-2016 National food safety standard-Food microbiological examination-Enumeration of Moulds and Yeasts was analyzed and interpreted.By analyzing the scope,equipment and material,medium and reagent,test procedure,operation procedure,result and report of the first method,operation procedure,culture medium and reagent of second method,the basis of the standard change and the existing problems were discussed,and the technical suggestions for the correct application of the standard in food inspection agency were put forward.更多还原
