【摘要】 目的探讨在疝气手术患者护理中应用优质护理干预的临床价值,分析优质护理干预对疝气手术患者并发症发生情况及满意度的影响。方法将2015年8月—2017年6月我院收治的100例疝气手术患者纳入本次研究,按照不同护理方式将疝气手术患者分成优质护理组(n=50)和一般护理组(n=50),所有患者接受常规护理,优质护理组患者接受优质护理干预。结果优质护理组疝气手术患者并发症发生率及满意度均明显优于一般护理组患者,组间对比差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在疝气手术患者护理中实施优质护理干预能够有效降低术后并发症的发生,获得广大疝气手术患者的认可。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of quality nursing intervention in the treatment of hernia patients and to analyze the influence of quality nursing intervention on the incidence of complications and satisfaction of hernia patients. Methods 100 cases of hernia admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to June 2017 were included in this study. According to different nursing methods, hernia patients were divided into high-quality nursing group(n = 50) and general nursing group(n = 50), all hernia surgery patients were given general care, and high quality nursing group was given high quality nursing intervention. Results The incidence of complications and satisfaction of patients in high quality nursing group were significantly better than those in general nursing group, the difference between the two groups was statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with hernia surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and obtain the approval of the majority of hernia patients.更多还原
