磁性多孔β-环糊精聚合物制备及对染料的吸附
Preparation of Magnetic Porous β-Cyclodextrin Polymer and Its Adsorption of Dye
【摘要】 将β-环糊精(β-CD)与四氟对苯二腈聚合形成的多孔聚合物复合在磁性Fe3O4表面上,得到Fe3O4@P-CDP复合材料.采用红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、振动磁强计(VSM)对其进行表征.将Fe3O4@P-CDP用于对亚甲基蓝与柠檬黄的吸附研究.对阳离子染料亚甲基蓝,其吸附容量随溶液pH上升而升高;而阴离子染料柠檬黄,其吸附在酸性较强时效果较好. Fe3O4@P-CDP材料对亚甲基蓝与柠檬黄吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型,最大吸附容量分别为332. 5,57. 2 mg·g-1,热力学实验计算出二者吸附行为的吉布斯自由能均为负值,表明Fe3O4@P-CDP对亚甲基蓝与柠檬黄的吸附为自发过程.动力学研究表明亚甲基蓝和柠檬黄在Fe3O4@P-CDP上的吸附过程符合拟二级反应动力学方程,吸附速率较快.
【Abstract】 A porous polymer formed by polymerization of β-cyclodextrin and Teflon-phenyl dinitrile was combined with magnetic Fe3O4 to obtain Fe3O4@ P-CDP composites. The composites were characterized by infrared spectroscopy( IR),scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and vibration magnetometer( VSM). The Fe3O4@ P-CDP were used to study the adsorption of methylene blue and lemon yellow. For the cationic dye methylene blue,its adsorption capacity increases as the pH of the solution rises,whereas the anionic dye lemon yellow,has a better adsorption when the solution is acidic. The adsorption isotherm of the two dyes conforms to the Langmuir model. The maximum adsorption capacity were 332. 5 mg·g-1 and 57. 2 mg·g-1,respectively. The obtained Gibbs free energy of both adsorption behaviors were negative,indicating that the adsorption of methylene blue and lemon yellow are spontaneous. The kinetic study showed that the adsorption of methylene blue and lemon yellow on Fe3O4@ P-CDP fitted well with pseudo-second order kinetic equation,and adsorption rate were quite fast.
