【摘要】 目的研究引导性组织再生术治疗牙周病的临床效果。方法选本院2016年8月-2018年8月收治的38例牙周病患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分成对照组(n=19例,采纳牙周病常规治疗)、研究组(n=19例,采纳引导性组织再生术治疗),比较临床疗效、PD、HFD减少幅度、不良反应、生活质量。结果研究组临床总有效率以及生活质量比对照组高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组PD、HFD减少幅度大于对照组的,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论引导性组织再生术可有效改善牙周病患者病情,且不良反应较少,安全性更高,明显提升了患者生活质量,改善了预后,值得借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of guided tissue regeneration in the treatment of periodontal disease. Methods A total of 38 patients with periodontal disease admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were randomLy divided into the control group(n=19 patients, routine treatment of periodontal disease) and study group( n=19 cases, adopting guided tissue regeneration therapy), compare clinical efficacy, PD, HFD reduction, adverse reactions, quality of life. Results The total effective rate and quality of life of the study group were higher than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The decrease of PD and HFD in the study group was greater than that of the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant.(P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Guided tissue regeneration can effectively improve the condition of patients with periodontal disease, and has fewer adverse reactions and higher safety. It significantly improves the quality of life of patients and improves the prognosis. It is worth learning.更多还原
