虚拟仿真实验教学结合传统实验教学在医学微生物教学中的应用研究

【摘要】 目的探讨虚拟仿真实验教学结合传统实验教学在医学微生物教学中的应用效果。方法选取于本学院2014级临床医学专业学生150名,采用随机数字表法随机分为两组:观察组和对照组,每组各75名。对照组采用传统实验教学;观察组采用虚拟仿真教学实验系统教学。观察并比较两组学生的成绩、教学满意度调查、教学效果。结果课程结束后观察组的实验考核成绩为(84.00±5.64)分,明显优于对照组的(75.01±5.26)分(P<0.01),且观察组的实验教学满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.01),各项教学效果指标,如提升学生操作能力,提升学习兴趣、效率,提升学习主动性、解决问题能力等方面,均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在医学微生物的实习教学中,积极开展虚拟仿真实验教学模式,可最大限度地发挥实验教学的作用,深化教学的改革,提高教学质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of virtual simulation experiment teaching combined with traditional experimental teaching in medical microbiology teaching. Methods A total of 150 students of the 2014 clinical medicine majors were selected and randomly divided into two groups by random number table method: observation group and control group, with 75 in each group. The control group used traditional experiment teaching. The observation group used virtual simulation teaching experiment system teaching. Observing and comparing the scores of the two groups of students, the survey of teaching satisfaction, and the teaching effect. Results After the course, the experimental results of the observation group were (84.00±5.64)scores, which was significantly better than that of the control group (75.01±5.26)scores (P< 0.01), and the experimental teaching satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P< 0.01). Various teaching effect indicators, such as improving students’ operational ability, improving learning interest, efficiency, improving learning initiative and problem-solving ability, were significantly better than the control group (P< 0.01). Conclusion In the practice teaching of medical microbiology, the virtual simulation experiment teaching mode is actively carried out, which can maximize the role of experimental teaching, deepen the reform of teaching and improve the quality of teaching.
