【摘要】 恶性肿瘤为目前最严峻的公共卫生问题之一,是细胞的生物学特性发生改变的综合体现。蛋白质作为细胞生命活动的主要执行者,明确其在恶性肿瘤致病机制中发挥的作用是转化医学研究的关键。新兴的蛋白质组学技术则提供了高效的方法学基础。本文旨在介绍目前蛋白质组学技术在恶性肿瘤致病机制中的研究进展
【Abstract】 Malignant tumors are one of the most serious public health problems at present, and they are a comprehensive manifestation of changes in the biological characteristics of cells. As the main executor of cell life activities, it is clear that its role in the pathogenesis of malignant tumors is the key to translational medical research. Emerging proteomics technologies provide an efficient methodological basis. This paper aims to introduce the current research progress of proteomics technology in the pathogenesis of malignant tumors.
