【摘要】 目的探讨中医特色护理干预在湿热下注证脱疽患者中的应用效果。方法将2015年1月至2017年12月收治的94例湿热下注证脱疽患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,两组各47例。对照组实施常规护理措施,观察组在此基础上实施中医护理技术,观察两组间在临床疗效、疼痛程度、患者对所患疾病知识掌握程度、患者满意度、依从性方面的差异。结果干预后两组疼痛情况、疾病知识掌握情况、满意度和依从性比较差异有统计学意义((P<0.05)。结论对湿热下注证脱疽患者应用中医特色护理技术,可有效减轻患者的疼痛,改善日常生活能力,提高患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of TCM characteristic nursing intervention in patients with damp-heat syndrome. Methods 94 cases of gangrene due to damp-heat infusion from January 2015 to December 2017 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table methods, 47 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing measures, while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques on the basis of the routine nursing measures. Results There were significant differences in pain, disease knowledge, satisfaction and compliance between the two groups after intervention(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of TCM characteristic nursing technology to patients can effectively relieve pain, improve the ability of daily living and improve patient satisfaction.更多还原
