【摘要】 目的研究目前广州市院前急救医疗现状,探讨其存在的问题,提出发展对策。方法通过查阅相关文献,浏览广州市医疗急救指挥中心相关信息,对广州院前急救现状进行调查,提出目前亟待解决的问题,展望今后广州的院前急救事业。结果广州院前急救模式采用的是"指挥型模式";其优势为急救网络医院覆盖面广,急救设备精良,网络医院救治力量强大。加强院前急救队伍的建设;将社区卫生服务中心纳入院前急救网络;加强急救网络医院的管理,规范院前急救行为;普及公众急救知识,加大急救技能培训力度;增加公共场所AED等急救设备配置。结论借鉴发达国家和地区的先进经验,遵循院前急救原则,完善院前急救系统建设,提高院前急救成功率,加快广州市院前急救医疗事业的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the current status of pre-hospital emergency medical care in Guangzhou, discuss its existing problems, and put forward development countermeasures. Methods Through consulting the relevant literature, browsing the relevant information of the Guangzhou Medical Emergency Command Center, it investigated the current status of pre-hospital emergency care in Guangzhou, put forward the urgent problems to be solved, and looked forward to the future development of the pre-hospital emergency service in Guangzhou. Result The pre-hospital emergency mode in Guangzhou used the "command mode"; its advantages were the wide coverage of emergency cyber hospitals, excellent emergency equipment, and powerful medical treatment ability of cyber hospitals; strengthening the construction of pre-hospital emergency teams, strengthening the management of emergency cyber hospitals, standardizing prehospital emergency behavior; incorporating some community health service centers into the pre-hospital emergency network; popularizing emergency knowledge for the public, increasing emergency skill training; increasing the allocation of AEDs and other emergency equipment in public places. Conclusion Drawing on the advanced experience of developed countries and regions and following the principle of pre-hospital emergency care to improve the construction of the pre-hospital emergency care system and increase the success rate of pre-hospital emergency care and accelerate the development of pre-hospital emergency medical services in Guangzhou.更多还原
