【摘要】 目的探究中医药联合氩氦刀冷冻治疗恶性胸腺瘤的临床效果。方法选择2016年3月至2018年3月,北京中医药大学东方医院肿瘤科收治的26例恶性胸腺瘤患者作为本次研究对象,研究过程中6例患者由于个人因素或其它疾病因素终止研究,最终有效病例为20例,对照组14例,研究组6例。对照组患者实施中医治疗,研究组实施中医联合氩氦刀冷冻治疗,判断临床疗效。结果治疗前后通过影像学资料、中医4大证候判断评价,最终对照组14例患者,CR、PR均为0例,SD为4例,PD为5例,控制率为28.6%;研究组6例患者,CR为0例,PR为3例,SD为2例,PD为1例,控制率为83.3%。各项对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医药联合氩氦刀冷冻治疗恶性胸腺瘤临床疗效显著,其操作简单、创伤小,能够有效改善患者病灶,缓解患者的临床症状,具备临床推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to explore the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine combined with argon helium knife cryotherapy for malignant thymoma. Methods 26 patients with malignant thymoma admitted to the oncology department of Oriental hospital of Beijing university of Chinese medicine from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as subjects of this study. During the study, 6 patients were terminated due to personal factors or other disease factors. The final effective cases were 20, 14 in the control group and 6 in the study group. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine, and the study group was treated with cryotherapy combined with argon helium knife to judge the clinical effect. Results the imaging data and 4 major syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine were evaluated before and after treatment. In the final control group, there were 14 patients, 0 patient in CR and PR, 4 patients in SD, 5 patients in PD. The control rate is 28.6%. There were 6 patients in the study group, including 0 patients in CR, 3 patients in PR, 2 patients in SD and 1 patient in PD, with a control rate of 83.3%. All the contrast differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion traditional Chinese medicine combined with argon helium knife cryotherapy has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of malignant thymoma, which is simple in operation and small in trauma, and can effectively improve the lesions of patients and relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.
