【摘要】 目的对美多巴与普拉克索联合治疗帕金森患者的临床疗效进行探讨。方法考虑研究对照需求,纳入帕金森患者38例参与此次研究,患者均于2017年1月份到2018年1月份入院治疗,并将其设为实验组,予以美多巴联合普拉克索治疗;同期纳入帕金森患者38例设为对照组,予以美多巴治疗。比较两组患者在此次治疗过程中的临床情况,并比较两组患者的治疗效果、HAMD分值变化情况、生活质量分值以及不良反应发生率。结果实验组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;实验组的HAMD分值改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;实验组的生活质量分值改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;两组患者的不良反应差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论联合美多巴以及普拉克索对帕金森患者实施治疗,可有效改善患者病情症状,提高生活质量,且治疗安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combination of madopar and pramipexole in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. Methods Considering the study of control needs, 38 patients with Parkinson’s disease were enrolled in the study. All patients were admitted to hospital from January 2017 to January 2018. They were enrolled in the experimental group and treated with metoprolol plus pramipexole. In the same period, 38 patients with Parkinson’s disease were enrolled in the control group and treated with Madopar. The clinical status of the two groups of patients during the treatment was compared, and the treatment effects, changes in HAMD scores, quality of life scores, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. The improvement of HAMD score in the experimental group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. The improvement of quality of life scores was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Combination of madopar and pramipexole in the treatment of Parkinson’s patients can effectively improve the symptoms of patients, improve the quality of life, and the safety of treatment is high.更多还原
