【摘要】 目的探讨改良雾化器应用于双腔气管插管胸科术后患者咽喉痛中的效果。方法将符合入选标准的160例双腔气管插管胸科手术患者采用随机数字表法随机分为A、B、C、D 4组,分别为手术后麻醉苏醒期无雾化吸入组(A组)、利多卡因雾化吸入组(B组)、布地奈德雾化吸入组(C组)、利多卡因雾化联合布地奈德雾化吸入组(D组)。同时记录四组患者拔管后咽痛、声嘶发生例数、拔管后1h、6h、24h的咽痛VAS评分等相关数据。结果雾化吸入B、C、D组咽痛、声嘶发生例数、拔管后1h、6h、24h的咽痛VAS评分均显著低于A组(P<0.05);联合应用组D组以上指标明显低于其他单用药组(P<0.05)。结论在麻醉苏醒期拔除双腔气管导管后采用改良雾化器进行早期雾化吸入,能有效降低胸外科手术患者POST的发生率,手术患者对手术护士的满意度大幅度提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of modified nebulizer in patients with sore throat after double lumen endotracheal intubation. Methods 160 cases of thoracic cavity surgery with double lumen endotracheal intubation met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 4 groups: A, B, C and D,they were no atomization inhalation group(group A), lidocaine atomization inhalation group(group B), budesonide atomization inhalation group(group C), lidocaine atomization combined with budesonide atomization inhalation group(group D).At the same time, four groups of patients after extubation sore throat, hoarseness cases, after extubation 1 h, 6 h, 24 h sore throat VAS score and other related data.Results The scores of sore throat, hoarseness cases, and sore throat VAS scores of 1 h, 6 h and 24 h after extubation in group B, C and D were significantly lower than those in group A(P<0.05); The above indexes in combined group D were significantly lower than those in other single medication groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Early atomization inhalation with improved nebulizer can effectively reduce the incidence of POST in department of thoracic surgery patients after the extraction of double lumen tracheal catheter in the awakening period of anesthesia,the satisfaction of surgical patients to surgical nurses was greatly improved.更多还原
