【摘要】 目的在产科新护士培训中运用PDCA循环,并探讨PDCA循环在培训中的应用效果。方法 2017年3月至2018年3月,对我院的72名产科新护士进行培训,培训时间为1年,根据PDCA循环内容制定产科新护士培训的相关内容,最后分析新护士培训前后的操作技能、理论知识、综合素质等方面的评分。结果在产科新护士培训中运用PDCA循环后,产科新护士的各方面情况比培训前有着较大改善,其中在操作技能、理论知识、综合素质等方面的评分明显得到提高,P<0.05。结论将PDCA循环内容在产科新护士培训中充分利用,利于产科新护士快速、合理、全面地掌握相关知识与能力,同时利于新护士专业水平、综合能力的提高,以及专业技能的规范化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To apply the PDCA cycle in the training of new nurses in obstetrics,and to discuss the application effect of PDCA cycle in training. Methods From March 2017 to March 2018, 72 new obstetric nurses in our hospital were trained for 1 year. According to the content of the PDCA cycle, the relevant contents of the training for the new obstetrical nurses were formulated, fi nally, the scores of operational skills, theoretical knowledge and comprehensive quality of new nurses before and after training were analyzed. Results After applying the PDCA cycle in the training of new obstetrician nurses, all aspects of the new obstetric nurses had a higher improvement than before the training. The scores in operational skills, theoretical knowledge, and comprehensive quality were signifi cantly improved, P<0.05. Conclusion The full use of the content of PDCA cycle in the training of new nurses in obstetrics will benefi t the new nurses of obstetrics to acquire relevant knowledge and abilities quickly, reasonably and comprehensively. It will also benefi t the professional level and comprehensive ability of new nurses as well as the standardization of professional skills.更多还原
